How do I book an appointment?
Appointment consultations are virtual only. Call or text 773-905-9661 with your name, email and preferred appointment date. Once your appointment is scheduled a confirmation email will be sent to you.
How long does it take to receive my Taxes?
Once your tax return is sent through e-file it normally takes about 21 days to receive your refund.
Will I need to pay a fee upfront?
There is no upfront cost! Unless you owe the IRS your tax return fee will be taken out of your return.
When can I check the status of my refund?
24 hours after e-filing or 4 weeks after mailing a paper return.
What should I bring to my appointment?
Please bring your current ID, SSN, W2 and all related tax documents, your routing and account number, and children’s SSN.
